The first-ever survey of 550,000 residents examines which apartment features, amenities and services residents value the most. NMHC partnered with Kingsley Associates to conduct this landmark research report which is based on data from 15,000 residents living in 1,426 apartment communities,
The survey explores resident demand for everything from granite countertops to community-wide wireless internet and offers significant strategic insight for property management professionals, whether developing new communities, upgrading apartments or searching for way to modify policies that affect the resident experience.
In addition to the topline information, the report also shows the survey results broken down by various community and resident demographics (e.g., community class A, B or C, annual household income, respondent age, etc.).
