A well established and fast growing, dynamic multifamily vendor/supplier is seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional to fill the position of Outside Sales Consultant. This company is one of the oldest and most respected firms in the country. Since 1986, this company has provided quality services/solutions for property management firms of all sizes. From REITs to individual, this sector leader has provided millions of transactions for property management companies. This industry leader is passionate about putting their customers first and going the extra mile and uses state-of-the-art delivery systems and scoring models to provide each of their customers with the “Power of Decision”. As an outside sales consultant, you will be responsible to effectively reach decision makers through networking and building alliances; prospecting, sourcing and lead generation. Must have a strong presentation skills while being able to communicate a value proposition to help prospective clients solve problems based on their needs. The ideal candidate is persistent but professional while being flexible to meet changing market conditions and keeping up-to-date on industry changes in order to achieve sales targets. Candidates must have exceptional organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast paced environment and have highly effective communication skill; oral, written and group. Frequent regional travel involved. Base salary plus commissions; 65-85K+. No cap on commission income, no expiration of commission on active accounts. Auto allowance, company laptop, printer, Blackberry and expense account provided. Comprehensive benefits package including Simple pre tax IRA with company matching Paid medical for the employee.
